Rachel Maddow, Dyke-o-licious Brianiac: Conan, Newsweek, Sullivan, Out 100 and More
Rachel Madddow is a clear winner out of the 2008 Presidential election. Actually, not only is a winner but she brings a huge win to all lesbians with her fantabulous and increasingly popular MSNBC news show.
She has a new Newsweek profile on the stands and she just appeared on Conan O’Brien this past Friday night. As always, Rachel entertained, explaining to O’Brien that she was a serious kid, “I was sort of born a little old guy.” She named her favorite game as a kid, “Iran” and she talked about straight men who think they may be lesbians because they like her show.
And, here is a little something from today’s Andrew Sullivan, “Rachel Maddow is photographed by Roger Erickson for the Out 100 this year, the magazine’s tally of the 100 gay people who made the biggest impact in America in 2008. From Julia Baird’s profile in Newsweek:
The greatest media-created cliché about Maddow has been that her “meteoric rise” has been almost accidental, that the truck-driving, yard-clearing, erstwhile activist became an “unlikely” star once the MSNBC heads recognized her potential. That’s clearly a fiction.
Thanks to Andrew for the tip on the photo. Doesn’t she look fantastic? . . . I know you Rachel faniacs like her just the way she is . . . big brain, fat glasses, no make-up, sexy looks. We totally get it.

I cannot believe how much I lurve me some Rachel Maddow. I’m monagamous by nature but for her, I would ask her wife if she would accept me into a poly thang with Rachel. Because I’m nice and don’t want to break us up. AND there is nothing sexier than a good looking dyke that can wear make up and gorgeous clothes. It’s working for me. I’m going to start back wearing make up.
Rachel, if you are reading this….*KISS*

Steadycat, I’m sure that Rachel reads everyday.
Saw your comment when we were packed in the car headed to the macy’s parade balloon blow up event. Little Man had a great time and loved the parade yesterday. It was a great day!
Happy Thanksgiving!
