Sarah Palin says she won’t hesitate to in 4 years if it’s God’s will to run for president. Can you imagine that? Palin running directly against Obama. We didn’t want her for number 1 but she’s thinking what? Maybe we’ll want her for the top job in 4 years? Is she going to attend college fulltime during that time so that she can get a base of knowledge from which to govern?
Describing her run for VP this time around as a “brutal a ride,” she claimed at one point that John McCain’s defeat to Democrat Barack Obama was “not so much a surprise;” but she also claimed that she didn’t see it coming until the votes were counted.
Why did McCain Palin get whipped? Bad policies? Bad campaign? Silly ads that didn’t address the issues? Looking confused and out of touch by their flip/flopping reaction to the economic situation? Appealing only to fear? Failure to articulate how they would change? Showing a demonstrable plan that differed from the last 8 failed years?
Nope, Sarah girl IDs the problem: 1) Hispanics didn’t vote for them, 2) they were outspent, and 3) George Bush. Gee, wonder why she didn’t mention the McCain Palin shaking and stumbling on the financial crisis and the number 1 reason mentioned by many, many people - McCain revealed his inability to effectively govern when he picked a dumb queen for VP?
So, let’s get down to business. What did she wear for the Today Show? Well, she went back to a sure thing; the pink (Lovely Spouse and I always wear pink when we do LGBT media stuff) number she wore the day after the “Wasilla hillbillies looting Neiman Marcus” comments.
Sarah girl says she likes McCain and never had any tension with him but denies that she cost McCain the election saying, “I think the economic collapse had a heckuva lot more to do with the campaign’s collapse than me personally.” She also said, ”There were a lot of times I wanted to shout out, ‘Hey, wait a minute, it’s not true.’ It’s pretty brutal.”
